Kabir along with Tara Shetty head to Delhi to seek permission from the Home Minister for a cross border operation to bring Zarar back.

Kabir travels to Bangladesh to find Zarar after receiving approval from the Home Minister. With the assistance of Jagtap and Rana, and a spectacular series of events in the pursuit of Zarar, Kabir ultimately succeeds in bringing back India's most wanted terrorist to his soil.
