Ghajini (2008)

Ghajini is a 2008 Indian Hindi-language action-thriller film written and directed by A. R. Murugadoss, with a climax co-written by Aamir Khan,[1] and produced by Allu Aravind, Tagore Madhu and Madhu Mantena. It stars Aamir Khan, Asin, Jiah Khan and Pradeep Rawat in lead roles, with Tinnu Anand, and Riyaz Khan (in his only Hindi role) in supporting roles. The score and soundtrack were composed by A. R. Rahman. It is a Bollywood remake of Murugadoss’s own 2005 Tamil film of the same name, which in turn was inspired by the film Memento (2000).

After being hit by an iron rod, Sanjay Ramaswamy, a business tycoon, suffers from anterograde amnesia. He is unable to remember anything beyond fifteen minutes. Under such circumstances, he sets out on a quest to find the people who were responsible for his lover Kalpana’s murder.
