Valayam (2020) [Tamil-ESUB]

Valaiyam (transl. Bangle) is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language horror thriller film written and directed by Igor. The film stars Mumtaj, Saranya Bhagyaraj and newcomer Tharun Bala.[1] The soundtrack was composed by D. Imman. Initially titled Thik Thik, the film’s production was completed in August 2007 and the soundtrack album released, but its release was delayed due to unknown reasons.[2] In 2019, the filmmakers stated that the film will be released that year, after 12 years of delay, with renewal of some of the original scenes.[2] This project also marks the silverscreen return of Mumtaj, who is often known for her item number performances in films, after 2009; it is also her first film role after participating in Bigg Boss Tamil 2.[2]
