Choked: Paisa Bolta Hai is a 2020 Indian Hindi-language thriller film directed and co-produced by Anurag Kashyap, written by Nihit Bhave, and jointly produced by Netflix and Good Bad Films (in their debut production).[1] The film stars Saiyami Kher and Roshan Mathew in the lead roles, with Amruta Subhash and Rajshri Deshpande appearing in supporting roles.[2] The film tells the story of Sarita Pillai (Kher), a bank cashier who discovers cash stash in her kitchen sink, set in the backdrop of 2016 Indian banknote demonetisation.[3][4] It is scheduled to release on Netflix on 5 June 2020.
