Back Roads is a 2018 American drama film directed by Alex Pettyfer, and the screenplay by Tawni O’Dell and Adrian Lyne was adapted from the best selling novel by Tawni O’Dell. The film stars Alex Pettyfer, Jennifer Morrison, Nicola Peltz, Chiara Aurelia, Hala Finley, June Carry, with Robert Patrick and Juliette Lewis. The film premiered at the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival and was released in selected theaters in the United States on December 7, 2018, by Samuel Goldwyn Films, and will also be released on video on demand and digital.

In 1993, Harley’s dad is shot dead and his mom goes to prison. He has to earn money and look after his 3 kid sisters. No college. Over 2 years, family secrets are slowly revealed. Will a good therapist be enough?
