The Pitt<\/b><\/i>\u00a0is an American\u00a0medical<\/a>\u00a0procedural drama<\/a>\u00a0television series created by\u00a0R. Scott Gemmill<\/a>, and executive produced by\u00a0John Wells<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Noah Wyle<\/a>. It is Gemmill, Wells and Wyle’s second collaboration, having previously worked together on\u00a0ER<\/a><\/i>. It stars Wyle,\u00a0Tracy Ifeachor<\/a>,\u00a0Patrick Ball<\/a>,\u00a0Katherine LaNasa<\/a>,\u00a0Supriya Ganesh<\/a>,\u00a0Fiona Dourif<\/a>,\u00a0Taylor Dearden<\/a>,\u00a0Isa Briones<\/a>,\u00a0Gerran Howell<\/a>, and\u00a0Shabana Azeez<\/a>. Each season of the series follows emergency department staff as they attempt to overcome the hardships of a single 15-hour work shift at the fictional\u00a0Pittsburgh<\/a>\u00a0Trauma Medical Center, all while having to navigate staff shortages and underfunding.
