The Death of Superman<\/b><\/i>\u00a0is an upcoming\u00a0animated<\/a>\u00a0superhero film<\/a>\u00a0produced by\u00a0Warner Bros. Animation<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0DC Entertainment<\/a>. It is based on the\u00a0DC Comics<\/a>comic book storyline of the same name<\/a>. The film, which chronicles the battle between\u00a0Superman<\/a>\u00a0(Jerry O’Connell<\/a>) and\u00a0Doomsday<\/a>, will be the 32nd installment in the\u00a0DC Universe Animated Original Movies<\/a>\u00a0line and the 11th film in the\u00a0DC Animated Movie Universe<\/a>.\u00a0The Death of Superman<\/i>\u00a0will be released August 7, 2018. A sequel,\u00a0Reign of the Supermen<\/i>, will be released in 2019.<\/p>\n

Superman and the rest of the Justice League unite to battle a hulking monster named Doomsday — but it’s ultimately up to the Man of Steel to save the day as the two titans square off in the heart of Metropolis.<\/div><\/div>\n
