The most anticipated game on\u00a0Steam<\/a>\u00a0upon release, with over three million wishlists, it released into\u00a0early access<\/a>\u00a0on 26 April 2024.<\/p>\n

Set in late 14th-century\u00a0Franconia<\/a>,[1]<\/a><\/sup>\u00a0Manor Lords<\/i>\u00a0is a\u00a0city-builder<\/a>\u00a0game which also includes\u00a0real-time tactical<\/a>\u00a0warfare.[2]<\/a><\/sup>\u00a0The game’s three different modes, titled\u00a0Rise to Prosperity<\/i>,\u00a0Restoring the Peace<\/i>, and\u00a0On the Edge<\/i>, are differentiated by the aspects they focus on:\u00a0Rise to Prosperity<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0On the Edge<\/i>\u00a0respectively emphasise growth through city-building and conquest through warfare, while\u00a0Restoring the Peace<\/i>\u00a0gives a more balanced experience.
