Baldur’s Gate III<\/b><\/i>\u00a0is a\u00a0role-playing video game<\/a>\u00a0developed and published by\u00a0Larian Studios<\/a>. It is the third main game in the\u00a0Baldur’s Gate<\/i>\u00a0series<\/a>, which is based on the\u00a0Dungeons & Dragons<\/a><\/i>\u00a0tabletop role-playing system. A partial version of the game was released in\u00a0early access<\/a>\u00a0format for\u00a0macOS<\/a>,\u00a0Windows<\/a>, and the\u00a0Stadia<\/a>\u00a0streaming service, on 6 October 2020. The game remained in early access until its full release on PC on 3 August 2023, which will be followed by a release on the\u00a0PlayStation 5<\/a>, currently planned for 6 September 2023. The\u00a0Xbox Series X\/S<\/a> port is also in development, while the Stadia version was cancelled following Stadia’s closure.<\/p>\n

Baldur’s Gate III<\/i>\u00a0is a\u00a0role-playing video game<\/a>\u00a0that offers both a single-player and cooperative multiplayer element. Players can create one or more characters and form a party along with computer-generated characters to explore the game’s story. Optionally, players will be able to take one of their characters and team up online with other players to form a party.[1]<\/a><\/sup>\u00a0Unlike previous games in the\u00a0Baldur’s Gate<\/i>\u00a0series,\u00a0Baldur’s Gate III<\/i>\u00a0has turn-based combat, similar to Larian’s earlier games\u00a0Divinity: Original Sin<\/a><\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0Divinity: Original Sin II<\/a><\/i>; but this time, it is based on the\u00a0D&D<\/i>\u00a05th Edition rules.[2]<\/a><\/sup><\/div><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n
