The Sinking City<\/b><\/i>\u00a0is an\u00a0action-adventure game<\/a>\u00a0developed by\u00a0Frogwares<\/a>\u00a0and inspired by the works of\u00a0horror fiction<\/a>\u00a0author\u00a0H. P. Lovecraft<\/a>. Set in the fictional city of Oakmont,\u00a0Massachusetts<\/a> during the 1920s, the story follows private investigator and war veteran Charles W. Reed as he searches for clues to the cause of the terrifying visions plaguing him, and becomes embroiled in the mystery of Oakmont’s unrelenting flooding. The Sinking City<\/i>\u00a0was released for\u00a0Microsoft Windows<\/a>,\u00a0PlayStation 4<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Xbox One<\/a>\u00a0in June 2019, and for\u00a0Nintendo Switch<\/a>\u00a0in September 2019.<\/p>\n

The Sinking City<\/i>\u00a0is an\u00a0open-world<\/a>\u00a0detective game with a third-person camera perspective.
