In 1983 Scottish serial killer\u00a0Dennis Nilsen<\/a>\u00a0is arrested after the discovery of human remains which have blocked a drain near his London home.<\/div>\n

When the police are called to a blocked drain, they discover that the drains are blocked with bones and rotting flesh. They talk with the resident of the top floor flat.
