Bengal Tiger<\/b><\/i> is a 2015 Indian Telugu<\/a> action comedy<\/a> film written and directed by Sampath Nandi<\/a>. It was produced by K. K. Radha Mohan<\/a>‘s<\/span> Sri Satya Sai Arts<\/a> and features Ravi Teja<\/a>, Tamannaah<\/a> and Rashi Khanna<\/a> in the lead roles. Boman Irani<\/a>, Nagineedu<\/a>, Rao Ramesh<\/a>, and Sayaji Shinde<\/a> play supporting roles. Bengal Tiger<\/i> focuses on the conflict between two intelligent people\u2014Akash Narayan, an unemployed graduate and Ashok Gajapati, the chief minister of the state. It also focuses on the roles played by agricultural minister Samba, home minister Nagappa, his daughter Shradha, and Gajapati’s daughter Meera in Akash’s pursuit for revenge on Gajapati who killed his father.<\/p>\n

Nandi was initially supposed to direct Pawan Kalyan<\/a> in Sardaar Gabbar Singh<\/a><\/i>, the sequel of Gabbar Singh<\/a><\/i>. The film was delayed and Nandi walked out, after which the pre-production<\/a> of Bengal Tiger<\/i> began. Nandi’s prot\u00e9g\u00e9 Bheems Cecireleo composed the film’s music. The film, whose cinematography was provided by Soundararajan<\/a>, was edited by Gautham Raju. The film was officially launched on 30 January 2015 at Ramanaidu Studios<\/a>. Principal photography<\/a> commenced in March 2015 and lasted for 100 days until September 2015. Filming locations include Hyderabad<\/a>, Rajahmundry<\/a>, Pollachi<\/a> and few locales of Europe<\/a>, where a couple of songs were filmed.<\/p>\n

Produced on a budget of \u20b9250 million, Bengal Tiger<\/i> was released globally on 10 December 2015 in 1000 screens. It received mixed reviews from the critics but was a commercial success, grossing nearly \u20b9405 million globally. The film was also dubbed into Hindi under the same name in 2016.<\/p>\n

Aakash is a guy who wants to become popular. He hits a state minister and joins him. He slowly becomes a friend of the home minister and falls in love with home minister’s daughter. On the engagement between them, in the presence of state’s chief minister, Aakash gives a huge shock to both the home and chief ministers. Rest of the story reveals the shock, and relations, flashback of Aakash with the ministers.<\/div><\/div>\n
