The film stars <a title=\"Addison Timlin\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Addison_Timlin\">Addison Timlin<\/a> as a young nun visiting her childhood home after the return of her brother from Iraq. <i>Little Sister<\/i> premiered at the <a title=\"South by Southwest\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/South_by_Southwest\">South by Southwest<\/a> 2016.\u00a0Film distribution rights were acquired by Forager Films with plan for theatrical release in New York as well as on iTunes and Digital VOD on October 14, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#4ce599;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#66ffb3;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\">Young nun Colleen (Addison Timlin) is avoiding all contact with her family until an email from her mother announces that her brother is home. Upon returning to her childhood home in Asheville, N.C., she finds her old room exactly how she left it &#8211; painted black and covered in goth\/metal posters.
