Ajith Kumar<\/a>and Shruti Haasan<\/a> play the lead roles, with Lakshmi Menon,<\/a> Ashwin Kakumanu<\/a>, and Kabir Duhan Singh<\/a> among others, appearing in supporting roles. Anirudh Ravichander<\/a> composed the film’s music and background score, while Vetri<\/a> and Ruben<\/a> were the film’s cinematographer and editor respectively. The film began production in April 2015 and was released on 10 November 2015, coinciding with Diwali<\/a>.<\/p>\n
