War<\/b><\/i> is an Indian Hindi<\/a>-language action thriller film<\/a> directed by Siddharth Anand<\/a> and starring Hrithik Roshan<\/a> and Tiger Shroff<\/a> in lead roles, with Vaani Kapoor<\/a> portraying the female lead and Ashutosh Rana<\/a>, Anupriya Goenka<\/a>, and Dipannita Sharma<\/a> appearing in supporting roles. Produced by Aditya Chopra<\/a> under his banner Yash Raj Films<\/a>, the film follows an Indian Soldier Khalid (Tiger Shroff<\/a>) is assigned to eliminate Kabir (Hrithik Roshan<\/a>) his mentor and an ex-Indian Soldier turned Rogue and this leads to “War” between them. Principal photography<\/a> of the film began in the second week of September 2018, and concluded in March 2019. Initially titled Fighters<\/i>, the film’s title was changed after official teaser was released on July 15, 2019, giving the real title War<\/i>. Along with its dubbed versions in Tamil and Telugu languages, the film is scheduled to release in theaters and IMAX<\/a> on October 2, 2019, coinciding with Gandhi Jayanti<\/a>.<\/p>\n
