A thematic sequel to <i><a title=\"Pasanga\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pasanga\">Pasanga<\/a><\/i> (2009), the film focuses on the issue of <a title=\"Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Attention_deficit_hyperactivity_disorder\">attention deficit hyperactivity disorder<\/a> (ADHD) amongst children and is set in the city, unlike <i>Pasanga<\/i>. The film, starring debutante child actors Nishesh and Vaishnavi in lead alongside <a title=\"Karthik Kumar\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Karthik_Kumar\">Karthik Kumar<\/a>, <a title=\"Bindu Madhavi\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bindu_Madhavi\">Bindu Madhavi<\/a>, <a title=\"Ramdoss\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ramdoss\">Ramdoss<\/a> and <a title=\"Vidya Pradeep\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vidya_Pradeep\">Vidya Pradeep<\/a>, is produced by <a title=\"Suriya\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Suriya\">Suriya<\/a>, who also appears in an supporting role along with <a title=\"Amala Paul\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Amala_Paul\">Amala Paul<\/a>.
