Annabelle Comes Home<\/b><\/i> is a 2019 American supernatural horror film<\/a> based on the legend of the Annabelle doll<\/a>. It serves as a sequel<\/a> to 2014’s Annabelle<\/a><\/i> and 2017’s Annabelle: Creation<\/a><\/i>, and as the seventh installment in the Conjuring Universe<\/a> franchise. The film is written and directed by Gary Dauberman<\/a> in his directorial debut<\/a>, from a story co-written with James Wan<\/a>. Wan also produced the film with Peter Safran<\/a>. The film stars Mckenna Grace<\/a>, Madison Iseman<\/a>, and Katie Sarife, along with Patrick Wilson<\/a> and Vera Farmiga<\/a>, who reprise their roles as Ed and Lorraine Warren<\/a> from the Conjuring Universe.[4]<\/a><\/sup> The film is dedicated to Lorraine Warren who died in April 2019. Determined to keep Annabelle from wreaking more havoc, paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren lock the possessed doll in the artifacts room in their house.
